nehruplacestore.com has a 14-day return policy that applies to most products sold under nehruplacestore.com.

Terms and Conditions:

Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
The return policy is only valid in the case of manufacturing defect or transport damages.
Damages due to misuse of product
Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
Any consumable item which has been used or installed
Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
Damage due to voltage fluctuation or environmental conditions of the place of use
Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered

Please note that this return policy is not applicable to software DVDs/ licenses (including renewals), cartridges, printer drums, LVDS cables, subscriptions and any business service.

Money Refund
In case, if you want refund money, against the product , 25% of total amount + Shipping Charges will be deducted.

Exchange for your Product
Many of our products are business products and hence may involve customer specific warranty registration and/or back-to-back orders. So we strongly recommend checking the model number and features before placing an order.

In cases, where the client has ordered a particular product erroneously or by mistake and wants an exchange of the product, we may be able to offer a suitable replacement/exchange only on a case to case basis. Such cases are not covered in our 14 day return policy and NEHRUPLACESTORE.COM reserves the right to offer a replacement/exchange only on case to case basis, depending on the product type and manufacturer/channel exchange policies. Customers will have to bear the pick-up costs of the returned shipment in such cases.

In order to get a defective item replaced, notify us of any defects in the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Please provide us the product images and invoice (even soft copy is fine) in your communication. Please include photographs of outer packaging also.
Please retain all outer packaging, bill copies, accessories, other packaging etc as they will be needed for processing the return of the shipment
Our team evaluates your returns case (evaluation time: 1-2 business days) and approves the same (subject to above mentioned terms and conditions), the defective product or part will be recalled
Our customer support team will arrange for the product to be picked from your location. Please refer the pick-up process outlined in the subsequent section for more details
Once the product is received at our office, a new replacement product will be dispatched to your location within 1-3 working days. Should the ordered item not be in stock/or is unavailable; we will offer you a suitable alternative model as replacement. You can also choose to refund your order if the ordered item is no longer available as replacement.
Refunds are processed by nehruplacestore.com within 2-3 working days of requisite approvals. The actual time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your bank and payment mode used while placing the order. Orders paid through Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking are processed through our payment gateways
The new replacement product will be shipped only once after the original product has been received in our office.
 We reserve the right to cancel the replacement/refund if the product is found to be in a used condition or damaged through misuse

Please include original packaging, accessories (including their packaging), bills, process manuals, freebies and any other parts that were sent along with the shipment. We reserve the right to cancel the replacement/refund if these are found missing from the returned product

Price Modifications
nehruplacestore.com will adhere to price at which order was booked for items during shipment, during refund and during returns. Therefore, in case price of a product falls during that period, we still consider the sale price for calculation the amount to be refunded.
